Miracle League baseball teams are for special needs
children. Each child is given the chance to hit the ball, no matter what
their level of ability. Some need helpers, some can bat alone. All get to
make contact with the ball and "run" to bases. The helpers are
called "Angels in the Outfield," and receive T-shirts bearing
the logo. Chantelle helped with Miracle League for 2 seasons, assisting
Morgan and any other child without a helper. |

wheelchairs, walkers, and standing alone.
All have helpers, to help them
bat, guide them through the bases and help them make a "home
run."
